Capacitor Switching Control: We installed new ABB UA75-30 Contactors. These are specialized 3-pole contactors designed specifically to handle the high inrush current peaks associated with switching capacitor banks.
Enhanced Circuit Protection: To safeguard the system against overloads and short circuits, we integrated ABB SACE Formula A1C 125 MCCBs (Moulded Case Circuit Breakers), providing a robust layer of protection for the internal circuitry.
Wiring and Termination: Our engineers performed precise re-wiring and terminal tightening to ensure secure electrical connections and prevent overheating due to loose contacts.
