Eranntex Gas Control Alarm provides precise monitoring and safety protection. As a professional gas concentration monitoring and leakage centralized alarm device, it supports dual power supply of AC power/battery, and can receive RS485 signals of our company's new online detector (standard signals of other manufacturers need to be customized and confirmed). One controller is compatible with 120-channel bus RS485 detectors and 8-channel 4-20mA detectors, and the number of channels can be customized as needed. It is widely used in high-risk scenarios such as refineries, chemical plants, and gas stations. It uses professional technology to build an intelligent protection network for industrial safety, and instantly inject reliable security into your site.

Feature:

●3.5-inch high-definition color screen display, Chinese and English operation interfaces can be switched (default Chinese interface).

●Can connect various gas detectors, temperature and humidity transmitters, pressure transmitters, wind speed transmitters, dust detectors and other 4-20mA signals.

●Optional units: PPM, LEL%, Vol%, mg/m3, ug/L, PPHM, ℃, RH%, Pa, kg, PSI, m/s

●4-20mA and RS485 can be input at the same time; data output supports standard MODBUS protocol Optional: 8-channel 4-20mA output, Ethernet module, host computer monitoring software, RS485/RS232 converter, USB-RS232 cable (computers without serial ports need to choose this item)

●Modular structure design, standard channel is 1 channel (up to 32 channels) 4-20mA input signal, and can connect 255 channels of RS485 input signals at the same time. More channel input signals can be customized, and controllers can communicate with each other.

●The gas alarm controller has a data recording function, standard large-capacity data storage, and larger capacity can be customized. The storage time interval can be set arbitrarily, recording time, concentration value, alarm information, etc. It can be set to record real-time concentration or only record alarm information. The default setting is to record only alarm information. Support local viewing of all records, selective viewing of records, and deletion of records.

●Three display modes can be switched: 6-channel concentration per screen, large font cycle display of single-channel concentration, real-time curve, automatic cycle or manual cycle between channels can be switched, whether to display the maximum value, minimum value, gas name can be set, and historical record curve chart can be viewed.

●The gas alarm controller has a computer monitoring function. It can be connected to a computer to continuously monitor the real-time concentration 24 hours a day through the host computer software, automatically store data on the computer, computer alarm (requires voice speaker), or read the records stored in a probe or all probes through the host computer software and perform data analysis. It can display the maximum value, minimum value, average value, historical curve, real-time curve and other functions, and can export or print data

●The gas alarm controller has a remote transmission function. The controller can transmit the real-time concentration of the on-site probe through a wired (within 2000 meters).

Optional Ethernet transmission or wireless transmission function (2 km, 5 km, unlimited distance optional), upload data to the monitoring center, environmental protection bureau, other monitoring equipment through 2-core data cable (wired transmission), LAN, Internet or wireless transmission network, and then display, store and analyze data through the host computer software, or use communication protocol to customize data reading.
