Located in Bandar Permata Lunas, Kedah, this kitchen was thoughtfully designed for Ms. Zaleha by our consultant Ms. Zoey, bringing a modern classic kitchen concept into a warm and refined living space.

A Timeless Expression of Modern Classic Design

This kitchen embraces the essence of modern classic styling, where clean lines are paired with subtle detailing to create a look that feels both elegant and enduring.

The use of beige HDF cabinetry introduces a soft, warm tone that enhances the overall ambience, making the space feel inviting and comfortable while maintaining a sense of sophistication.

A Functional L-Shaped Layout

Designed in an L-shaped kitchen layout, the space is planned to maximise efficiency while keeping the environment open and easy to navigate.

This layout allows for:

• A smooth flow between cooking and preparation areas
• Better utilisation of corner space
• A practical setup for daily use without feeling cramped

It’s a layout that balances functionality with comfort — ideal for modern living.
