Occupancy Sensing: We integrate high-precision Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Sensors in high-traffic zones like meeting rooms, auditoriums, and open-plan offices. Since humans exhale CO2, the concentration level is a perfect proxy for how many people are in a space.
Dynamic Airflow Adjustment: The sensors communicate with the Building Management System (BMS). If a meeting room is empty, the CO2 levels stay low (around 400-500 ppm), and the system reduces the fresh air supply to a "Setback" minimum.
Rapid Response: As soon as a meeting starts and CO2 levels rise toward the 800-1,000 ppm threshold, the system automatically ramps up the fans to maintain a high Air Change Rate (ACR).
