• The probe tip is only 1.8 mm thin, allowing for a fast response and preventing scratches on the object being measured.
• The probe can be folded and stored inside the main body.
• Non-contact surface temperature measurement will notify you with a beep if the measurement result is outside the HACCP food danger temperature range (below 10°C, above 60°C).
