It’s adopted Four-wheel feeding and an English display, making it easier to operate than the keypad model. It’s Greatly Improved stripping speed and saves labor cost. Widely used in wire harness, Suitable for cutting and stripping electronic wires, PVC cables, Teflon cables, Silicone cables, glass fiber cables, etc.
The machine is fully electric, and the stripping and cutting action is driven by a stepping motor, not need an additional air supply. However, we are considering that the waste insulation may fall onto the blade and affect the working accuracy. So we think it is necessary to add an air blowing function next to the blades, which can automatically clean the blades’ waste when connected to the air supply. This greatly improves the stripping effect.
1. English Color Screen: Easy to operate, directly setting cutting length and stripping length.
2. Motor: Copper core stepper motor with high precision, low noise, and longer service life.
3. Four-wheel driving: The machine is equipped with two sets of wheels as standard, rubber wheels and iron wheels. The rubber wheels can’t damage the wire, and the iron wheels are more durable.
