SA-FVH120-P
is an automatic wire stripping with an Inkjet Printing Machine. This machine integrates the functions of wire cutting, stripping, and inkjet printing, etc. This machine adopts the Windows operating system and supports importing and processing data through an Excel table, which is especially suitable for occasions with many varieties.
The machine adopts 24 wheels belt feeding system, with high precision, cutting error is small, the outer skin is without embossing marks and scratches, greatly improving product quality, the use of a servo knife frame and an imported high-speed steel blade, so that the peeling is more accurate and more durable.
-Computer industrial control system: Adopts Windows operating interface with powerful software. It supports batch import of production data from Excel tables, allowing direct input of coding content and positions in the Excel table. It can batch produce wires with different lengths and coding contents at one time.
- Imported printing machine: Equipped with Markem-lmaje 9450, the continuous ink printers, featuring stable and reliable quality. It is available in white ink and black ink models. Each printing machine can only use one color of ink. If both white and black coding are required, two printing machines need to be equipped. The printing machine is directly controlled by the computer industrial control system, and coding content can be defined directly in the software without inputting through the printing machine's own screen.
- Optional accessories: Optional barcode scanners are supported. The scanner can retrieve processing parameters by scanning codes, while the receipt printer can automatically print current wire processing information, as well as QR codes or barcodes. The printing format and content can be customized with templates according to customer needs.
Support non-standard customization, the machine's software system can also be applied to our other models of wire stripping machines, Such as 300mm2 and 400mm2 machine.
