Product Description
This product is a long-body nylon blind rivet (push-mandrel type) designed for thick panel assemblies. Once installed using a plastic blind rivet gun, the mandrel expands the rivet body behind the panel, providing strong retention without rear access.
This rivet is commonly used where standard short blind rivets are not sufficient, especially in interior structural trims and thick plastic-to-metal joints.

This is a dimension-based fastener, not model-specific.
OEM usage includes Ford and Chrysler platforms.
Suitable wherever the following conditions match:
• Hole size: ≈6.0–6.5 mm (1/4″)
• Panel thickness (grip range): ≈8–12 mm
Used on selected Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep interior & body panels.
Always match by hole size and panel thickness.

This plastic blind rivet MUST be installed using a dedicated Plastic Blind Rivet Gun.
Normal metal rivet guns are NOT suitable and may cause improper expansion or damage.
Use only a plastic blind rivet gun for correct locking.
