Introduction

The PS1 series piston dosing pump offers a flexibility of choice combining different pump head and engine power options that ensures a solution for almost any eventuality or application. The PS1 Series’ performance achieves flow levels between 1.5 - 304 l/h at pressures up to 20 bar. Each model can be configured with 2 different stroke rates and can be set automatically or manually using the AKTUA Kit which uses a 4 - 20 mA signal. Spring PS1 is supplied with a 3 phase electric motor with IP55 protection. Optionally available on request is a single-phase motor. The PS1 12 VDC range achieves flow rates between 23 and 350 l/h at up to 20 bar.

SEKO PS1 Series is a plunger piston motor driven metering pump featuring a spring return mechanism in a single aluminium housing for chemical dosing applications, accurate metering even under fluctuating pressure conditions; Hence appropriate solution for almost any applications of chemical dosing. Flow rate manually adjustable from the Stroke Length Adjustment Knob; The variation from 100% to zero of the maximum flow rate is obtained by rotating the adjustment knob counter clockwise for four revolutions; each revolution corresponds to a variation of 1/10 of the maximum capacity; moreover the knob edge is subdivided in 10 parts each one corresponding to a variation of 1/100 of the maximum flow rate (see user manual). Notes: Pumps are generally supplied complete with the first oil filling; replace oil after 1500 operation hours and afterwards every 4000 hour (see user manual).
