Hydro-Air Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeter are intended for fluid measurement in most industries including water, wastewater, chemical, etc.
It is designed to measure the velocity of the fluid. It can be installed in any pipeline of internal diameter from 200mm (8”) to 3000mm (120”), through a small tapping. There is no moving part, which bring its reliability to measure the dirty water, with no wear out parts.
A rapidly reversing magnetic field is produced in the lower housing. As the fluid is moving through this field, voltage will be generated, and translated into a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate.
