1 Clean and dry the affected skin area before use.
2 Open the pouch and remove the transparent film. Place the cooling patch on the affected area.
3 You may cut the cooling patch into sizes and shapes according to your needs.
4 Each cooling patch is recommended for single use only, to ensure best results and hygiene purpose.
