PRIMO Plaster 380 – High Performance Floor Screed Solution

PRIMO Plaster 380 is a high-quality cement-based plaster formulated with selected graded fillers and special additives. It is designed as a base leveling coat for internal and external walls and ceilings before the application of skim coats or decorative finishes. The product provides excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry substrates, creating a durable and smooth surface.

Application & Usage

Surface Preparation: Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles. Pre-wet to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Use Primo Render for patching surface defects >5mm.
Mixing: Use a clean container and potable water. Add PRIMO Plaster 380 into water while mixing with a mechanical paddle mixer at low speed. Mix for 3–5 minutes until smooth and lump-free. Allow to rest 2 minutes, then remix before application.
Application: Apply using a steel trowel or suitable spray machine. For thickness >15mm, apply in two layers with light keying between coats. Finish with straight edge or trowel. Allow sufficient curing before skim coat or decorative finishes.
Packaging: 40kg moisture-resistant laminated paper bag.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place on pallets, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6–9 months (unopened bag).
Safety & Health: Contains cement. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear gloves, mask, and goggles. Wash immediately if contact occurs. Avoid inhalation of dust. Ensure adequate ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to MSDS.
