PRIMO 201 Render – High Performance Cementitious Plaster & Mortar
PRIMO 201 Render is a superior quality premixed cementitious plaster and mortar for brickwork and blockwork. It provides excellent bonding for plaster on concrete surfaces and mortar for brickwork and blockwork. It contains Ordinary Portland Cement, fine graded sand, polymers, and additives that provide durable quality for all plaster and mortar requirements. Suitable for both internal and external applications, it is ideal for plaster on all types of concrete surfaces, brick walls, and block walls, and also as a spatterdash coat on concrete surfaces.

Application & Usage
- Surface Preparation: All substrate defects should be rectified prior to plastering and brickwork mortar. For extremely dry brick or block walls, wet the substrate before application.
- Mixing: Mix 40kg of Primo Render with approximately 6.0–6.5 litres of water. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer or manually for 3–5 minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Application: Apply Primo Render onto surfaces using a steel trowel or spray machine. For mortar on brickwork/blockwork, mix correctly prior to use. Recommended thickness: 10–20 mm per layer.
- Packaging: 40kg per bag.
- Storage: Keep in a dry place free from moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.
- Safety & Health: Non-hazardous. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water. Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye/face protection. Read the latest SDS before use.
- Cleaning of Tools: Clean all tools and equipment immediately with water. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
