Application & Usage

Surface Preparation: Remove all debris, loose mortar, dust, oil, and other foreign materials. Painted surfaces must be removed prior to the application of Primo Tile Adhesive.
Mixing: Mix 40kg of Primo Tile Adhesive with 8–9 litres of water. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer or manually for about 5–6 minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Application: Spread the adhesive mixture with a notched trowel. After spreading, press tiles firmly into the adhesive bed and tap gently into position.
Packaging: Primo Tile Adhesive 401 is packed in 40kg bags.
Storage: Store in a dry place free from excessive moisture. Shelf life: 6 months in original packing.
Safety & Health: Non-hazardous. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Use protective gloves, mask, and eye protection. Read the latest SDS before use.
Cleaning of Tools: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Ensure both the substrate and backs of tiles are clean before installation. Although homogeneous tiles do not need pre-soaking, always remove dust using a damp cloth or sponge.
