Please note: Once an item is set inside resin, it cannot be removed. It becomes a permanent, one-of-a-kind keepsake.

It depends on the size of your item and the design required.
• Small preservations start from RM300 onward
• Medium or more complex projects range between RM500 – RM1,000+, depending on condition and design
Epoxy resin is a fully handmade art process. Natural imperfections may appear, including:
• Small bubbles or micro-bubbles
• Slight colour changes (temperature / resin reaction)
• Minor unevenness or micro-scratches
• Natural effects caused by the item’s material, moisture or age
• Customer confirms the submitted item is in declared condition
• Moisture, fragile materials, fabrics, organic matter or dyes may react with resin
• Edith Art is not responsible for natural changes caused by the item itself
Once resin casting begins and the item is sealed:
• Strictly no refund
• The item cannot be removed or undone
• A 50% deposit is required once quotation and design are confirmed
• Remaining balance is payable upon completion
• Any additional requests will require a topping-up invoice
Process takes approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on:
• Moisture level of item
• Weather & temperature
• Resin curing time
• Design complexity

Resin adalah seni buatan tangan sepenuhnya. Hasil akhir mungkin mempunyai:
• Buih kecil atau mikro-buih
• Perubahan warna akibat tindak balas resin atau suhu
• Sedikit tidak rata atau calar halus
• Kesan semula jadi daripada bahan, kelembapan atau usia item
• Pelanggan mengesahkan item dalam keadaan yang dinyatakan
• Kelembapan, bahan rapuh, fabrik, bahan organik atau pewarna mungkin memberi tindak balas dalam resin
• Edith Art tidak bertanggungjawab atas perubahan semula jadi disebabkan item tersebut
Setelah proses cast resin bermula:
• Tiada pemulangan wang
• Item tidak boleh dikeluarkan atau dibatalkan
• 50% deposit diperlukan selepas rekaan & sebut harga disahkan
• Baki perlu dibayar selepas siap
• Permintaan tambahan akan dikenakan invois tambahan
Kebiasaannya mengambil masa 2–3 minggu, bergantung pada:
• Tahap kelembapan item
• Cuaca & suhu
• Masa pengerasan resin
• Kerumitan rekaan
