Terms and Conditions for Medihope Clinic Ultrasound Scan Promotion

1. Promotion Details: This promotion offers a 20% discount on all ultrasound scans conducted at Medihope Clinic, Kota Damansara Dataran Sunway only, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all new and existing patients of Medihope Clinic.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid until further notice. Medihope Clinic reserves the right to terminate or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Valid Days: The 20% discount is applicable only for ultrasound scans conducted on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The promotion excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
5. Appointment Requirement: Prior appointment is required to avail of the discounted ultrasound scan. Walk-in patients will not be eligible for the discount. 6. Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of RM10 is applicable for new patients.
7. Doctor Consultation: The cost of the ultrasound scan does not include doctor consultation fees. Doctor consultation is available at an additional fee ranging from RM40 to RM50. The exact fee will depend on the consulting doctor.
8. Scope of Discount: The 20% discount applies only to the cost of the ultrasound scan itself. It does not apply to any other services or products offered by Medihope Clinic. This promotion is only applicable for non-pregnancy scans.
9. Non-Transferable: This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
10. Combination with Other Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers.
11. Modification/Cancellation: Medihope Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. Liability: Medihope Clinic shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any person as a result of or in connection with this promotion.
13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
