The MSO5000HD is a high-resolution oscilloscope that integrates 4 signal channels, a 16-channel logic analyzer, and a 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator. Equipped with R12™ 12-bit resolution ADC, it can enhance resolution to 16-bit through ERES (enhanced resolution). It features a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s, a memory depth of 500 Mpts, and a waveform capture rate of 1,500,000 wfms/s, ensuring high-quality waveform analysis. The MSO5000HD supports 15 types of trigger events and 15 types of protocol data, and it can be remotely controlled via a WebServer. It is suitable for various testing and analysis tasks in fields such as medical, low-power devices, integrated circuits, high-precision power supplies, electricity, and automotive electronics. The MSO5000HD is a versatile and powerful instrument.

Enhanced resolution of 16-bit
Higher precision, lower noise floor. In 16-bit high-resolution mode, by combining 12-bit ADC with 4-bit ERES (enhanced resolution), the measurement accuracy is significantly improved, finely displaying the intricate details of waveforms. This effectively suppresses out-of-band noise and reduces the oscilloscope's inherent noise interference with the real signal, thereby ensuring a more precise measurement experience while increasing the sampling bits.

With its ultra-high hardware capture rate, the hardware-accelerated template testing maintains the full capture rate of Ultra Phosphor 3.0, completing waveform tests that meet specific standards within 1 second (instead of several hours).
