Description

DURAPOL 500 Anti Slip (Car Park) is a high performance, two components pigmented polyester urethane coating which offer anti slip properties.

Uses

Design as a finishing coat to resist chemical, ultra violet and abrasion. Suitable  concrete surfaces where chemical resistance and weather ability are required. A protective and decorative top coat for concrete floors.

Application Producer

Surface Preparation

DURAPOL 500 Anti Slip (Car Park) shall be applied over clean, dry recommended primer or tie coat.

Mixing Stir each component separately using a high power  (750rpm) electric drill fitted with a paint mixer or a wing type mixing paddle. Then pour the entire content of  Part B into Part A and continue to mix for 2-3 minutes before use. Do not mix more than the required amount within the stipulated pot life.

Thinning

No thinnig required.

Method Of Application

Apply evenly the entire surface using either brush, roller, air less or conventional spray.

Recoating

Touch Dry : 6 hrs. at 25ºC
Maximum Recoating Time : 24hrs. at 25ºC
Minimum Recoating Time : 14hrs. at 25ºC

Note :

For best results when spraying, moisture trap should be installed at air inlets to the spray pot to avoid coating contamination. As the Part B is highly sensitive to moisture, it is advis able to use entire content once opened.
