KS-838 cnc panel saw inherits the Italian saw car gear transmission technology. The double linear guide rails rise vertically, which can reduce the vibration of the saw seat to improve the effective precision of sawing, enhance the sawing quality, extend the service life of the saw blade, and increase the sawing speed. All sliding devices of the saw seat, saw car device and pusher manipulator are equipped with linear guide rails and sliders and equipped with oil injection devices. The equipment is equipped with an automatic pusher gripper on the upper guide rail, which is fully automatically controlled by a brushless servo motor and computer-controlled to move the pusher seat, and is equipped with a mechanical gripper. The equipment adopts a wide mechanical door cover design, which is more convenient to enter the machine, replace the saw blade and adjust various electronic and air pressure. The maximum sawing height can reach 100mm, and multiple boards can be stacked and sawed together to improve the efficiency of cutting boards to a greater extent. The maximum sawing length can reach 3740mm, which is compatible with more specifications of boards.
