White Nitrile Rubber (White NBR) – FDA Compliant, Oil-Resistant

Nitrile Rubber (NBR) is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, engineered to resist oils, greases, fats, and chemicals. When formulated into White NBR, the compound is stripped of carbon black and other staining agents, making it suitable for food contact.

Key Material Properties:

• FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 Compliant – safe for direct and prolonged contact with dry, aqueous, and fatty foods
• Excellent Resistance to Food-Based Oils – including animal fats, vegetable oils, dairy fats, and synthetic food lubricants
• Non-Staining, Non-Marking Surface – will not discolor food, containers, or surfaces
• Moderate Chemical Resistance – resists mild acids, alkalis, and cleaning agents used in sanitation
• High Mechanical Strength – tensile strength ≥ 6 MPa, elongation ≥ 250%
• Durability Under Compression – maintains shape and integrity in gasket and sealing applications
• Temperature Range: -25°C to +90°C (intermittent up to 100°C)

White Neoprene Rubber (White CR) – Chemical & Weather Resistant

White Neoprene is made from chloroprene rubber, designed for environments that require moderate chemical resistance, UV stability, and flexibility in varying temperatures. It is also non-toxic and suitable for indirect food handling applications.

• Good Resistance to Chemicals & Mild Acids
• Weather & Ozone Resistant – ideal for outdoor or semi-open food production areas
• Flame Retardant Nature – enhanced safety in food processing and bottling lines
• Good Abrasion Resistance – withstands mechanical wear in moving equipment
• Temperature Range: -20°C to +100°C
• Shore Hardness: 55 ± 5 Shore A
