Ingredients: Shrimp Fillet , Fish Fillet , Water , Vegetables (scallion , carrot , garlic , seaweed ), Soyabean Husk (soyabean , wheat), Wheat Starch , Thickener (INS 1414) Sugar , Salt , Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (soyabean), Flavour Enchancers INS 621, INS 635), Albumen (Egg), Spices. 

Preparation: 

• Tasty stir - fry - Defrost product , then cut the product into desire size, stir fry with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodle) about 2-3 minutes 
• Steam - Heat the water unil boil 100°C . Steam the frozen product for 10 minutes
• Boil - Boil the forzen product in 100°C. Hot soup for approximately 10 minutes 
• Air fry - Defrost product, air fry the product at 180°C about 8 minutes. Turn the product over half- way through the total cooking time.
