DESCRIPTION
NippoSEAL FLEX 100 is a single component, high build, thixotropic, water-based liquid applied emulsified bitumen modified with a copolymer of polyurethane, MMA and Neoprene. It exhibits better curing, elongation and cold flexibility with high recovery property.
