MC-807 is a one-component, latex non-staining material that cures into a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without a primer gasket. It is also an environmentally friendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. Can be painted over in a short time with latex or water-based paint.
