Designed according to the JIS (Japan Industrial Standard), this cylinder is ideal for industrial applications requiring high force output without sacrificing valuable installation space.

Built for durability and reliability, the ACQ Series features a C-clip connection between the cylinder body and its front/rear covers, while a riveted structure secures the piston to the piston rod, creating a compact yet rigid assembly. The cylinder bore undergoes precision rolling and hard anodizing, providing exceptional wear resistance and extending the cylinder’s operating life under demanding conditions.

The piston utilizes a heterogeneous two-way seal structure, offering tight sealing, grease retention, and low friction performance, even under high-load conditions. Despite its larger bore size, the compact body design ensures space efficiency and easy integration into systems with limited mounting areas.
