The rotor is readily removable, for cleaning and inspection.
1. Unscrew the fasteners to open the door and side cover
2. Pull out the side cover and rotor
3. Release the rotor with opener, and vice versa
By injecting compressed air deep inside the rotor pockets, the shear force blow down the “sticky” materials. This method yields better results than “blow-through”, “scraper” and causes fewer additional problems when dealing with material build-up. Above all, it prolongs the continuity of conveying operation.
