• How to use

Step 1: Shampooing, towel dry the hair evenly while leaving 20% of moisture. Apply lotion step 1 and wind hair on perm rods. Rinsing is NOT necessary for step 1. After taking test curl you are ready for the Neutralizer step 2.

Step 2: Directly apply step 2 for neutralizing and leave for 5~10 minutes.
