Huaheng Fiber Laser Tube Plate Cutting Machine is a precision tube cutting machine specially designed for various pipes/profiles. It has high cutting precision, with flat and burr-free cut edges and low material loss, which is especially suitable for processing applications with high precision requirements. It can cut metal pipes of various shapes and sizes, including: round pipes, square pipes, angle irons, channel steels and H-section steels, etc. This tube plate cutting machine has a fast cutting speed, is suitable for mass production, has a high degree of automation, reduces manual operation and improves production efficiency. Non-contact cutting, with a small heat-affected zone, almost no deformation, maintaining the original state and precision of the workpiece. It can be configured with servo follow-up support and semi-automatic loading and unloading. According to customer needs, it can be configured with 2 to 4 chucks and can have a front chuck overrun function, enabling zero-tailstock cutting of pipes.
