Jumbo bag Top and Bottom Spout

Jumbo bags with top and bottom spouts (also called FIBCs or bulk bags) are large, woven polypropylene containers with funnel-like openings on both ends for easy filling and discharging of fine, dusty, or bulk materials like grains, chemicals, or powders, creating a closed system to minimize spills and dust, perfect for efficient industrial handling. The top spout allows controlled filling, while the bottom spout enables clean, dust-free emptying into smaller containers or processes, often secured with ties. 

Top Spout (Filling)

• Function: Controls the flow of material into the bag, preventing it from spilling out.
• Design: A fabric chute or opening at the top, usually with a tie-off closure.
• Benefit: Reduces dust and spillage during filling, keeping the work area clean and product contained. 
   

• Function: Allows controlled release of material from the bag.
• Design: A similar fabric chute at the bottom, also with a tie-off or discharge valve.
• Benefit: Enables emptying the bag into process equipment, smaller bags, or hoppers without opening the entire bag, ensuring precision and cleanliness. 
   

• Material: Woven polypropylene (PP) fabric.
• Capacity: Holds 500kg to 1000kg of product.
• Ideal For: Fine powders, grains, chemicals, fertilizers, food products where dust control is crucial.
• Handling: Equipped with lifting loops for forklift/crane use.
