Denwell Cosmetic Lotion Base can be used to make various types of moisturizing lotions to hydrate and moisturize the skin. By just adding in additives (using cold process) which are beneficial to skins, users can customize their very own moisturizing lotions with their preferred special features. Mixing and blending of the ingredients can be done manually at room temperature.
