Construction:
Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber or thermoplastic (depending on model)
Reinforcement: One or two braids of high-tensile synthetic fibre or steel wire
Cover: Abrasion-, ozone-, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber or polyurethane (for thermoplastic hoses)
Specifications:
Working Pressure: 70 to 210 Bar (1,000 to 3,000 PSI depending on hose type)
Safety Factor: Minimum 4:1 (burst pressure ≥ 4 × working pressure)
Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (up to +125°C with special compounds)
