• Active Ingredients:
  • 500 mg Amoxicillin Trihydrate
  • 125 mg Potassium Clavulanate
• Pharmaceutical Form: Film-coated tablet

• Treatment of various bacterial infections, including:
  • Upper and lower respiratory tract infections (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media, bronchitis)
  • Skin and soft tissue infections (e.g., boils, abscesses, cellulitis, wound infections)
  • Genitourinary tract infections (e.g., cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis)
  • Bone and joint infections (e.g., osteomyelitis)

• Dosage:
  • Adults and children ≥12 years:
    • Mild to moderate infections: 1 tablet every 12 hours
    • Severe infections: 1 tablet every 8 hours or 1 tablet of Koact 1000 every 12 hours
  • Children under 12 years and weighing <25 kg: Use the drug in suspension or sachet form
  • Elderly: No dose adjustment is required; use the same dose as normal adults. If there are signs of renal impairment, adjust the dosage accordingly
  • Renal impairment: Adjust the dose according to creatinine clearance
• Administration:
  • Take the tablet orally with water; do not chew or crush.
  • To increase drug tolerance in the gastrointestinal tract, it should be taken at the beginning of a meal.
