Triplixam 10/2.5/5 mg is used for:
Substitution treatment of essential hypertension
In adult patients who are already adequately controlled on a triple combination of:
Perindopril arginine 10 mg (ACE inhibitor)
Indapamide 2.5 mg (thiazide-like diuretic)
Amlodipine 5 mg (calcium channel blocker)
taken as separate tablets.
Note: This fixed-dose combination is not suitable for starting therapy. Each component must first be adjusted/titrated individually to the appropriate dose.
Take 1 tablet once daily
Preferably in the morning
Before meals (on an empty stomach)
Swallow the tablet whole with water
Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet
Taking it on an empty stomach enhances the absorption of perindopril
