Defrost
Allow the vegan patties to thaw at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes before cooking.
Prepare Fresh Ingredients
Wash salad vegetables thoroughly. Slice tomatoes and set aside.
Toast the Bread
Lightly butter both sides of the bread slices. Toast in a preheated pan for approximately 10 seconds on each side until lightly golden. Set aside.
Cook the Patty
Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 teaspoon of vegan cream or plant-based butter.
Place one patty in the pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side until evenly heated and lightly golden.
Assemble the Burger
Place fresh salad on the toasted bread, add 1–2 slices of tomato, and top with the cooked shiitake patty.
Drizzle with tomato sauce, chili sauce, and mayonnaise as desired. Cover with the second slice of bread and serve.
