SikaTop Seal 107 is suitable for:

Sealing fine “hairline” cracks in concrete structures not subject to movement.

SikaTop Seal 107 is a cement based 2-component polymer modified water-proof slurry coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration. SikaTop Seal 107 has been approved by the British Board of Agreement, Certificate No. 87/1938.
