Membrane diffuser tube
HUPLONG INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is the authorized distributor of NORRES industrial hoses in Malaysia.
HUPLONG INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD supplies genuine NORRES PRO₂AIR® Pre-PUR 621 membrane diffuser tubes for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment applications. NORRES officially lists this membrane diffuser tube for pressure diffusion with fine bubbles, oxygen input for nitrification in activation basins, and permanent or intermittent ventilation.
NORRES PRO₂AIR® Pre-PUR 621 is a membrane diffuser tube with a wall made from special premium polyurethane Pre-PUR®. The official membrane wall thickness is approximately 0.6 mm.
NORRES specifies high energy savings compared with market-standard EPDM and silicone diffusers due to lower pressure loss. The membrane does not contain a plasticizer, and NORRES states that this helps provide a long service life without curing. The optimized perforation is designed to provide very fine and uniform bubble formation.
NORRES lists a normal operating range of 3 to 8 Nm³/(h*m aer.), with a minimum operating value of 1 Nm³/(h*m aer.), a maximum operating value of 15 Nm³/(h*m aer.) and a purging operation value of 18 Nm³/(h*m aer.).
Official NORRES applications include oxygen input and circulation in fixed-bed and bioreactors, thorough mixing of activation basins, sand trap louvre ventilation, lake and river renaturation, aquaculture and fish farming.
NORRES specifies very good resistance to wastewater and municipal sewerage in accordance with DWA-M 115. The membrane diffuser tube is also specified as microbe resistant and hydrolysis resistant, with good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals.
The official operating temperature range is from -40°C to +90°C. Current standard variants are Size 63 mm with an inside diameter of 64.5 mm. Available current lengths are 570 mm, 820 mm and 1070 mm, with ventilation lengths of 500 mm, 750 mm and 1000 mm respectively.
Our team can assist customers throughout Malaysia with NORRES hose selection based on hose diameter, conveyed material, operating temperature, airflow, vacuum condition, installation length and quantity requirement. For PRO₂AIR® Pre-PUR 621, selection should also consider required air flow, basin geometry, diffuser placement, blower capacity, wastewater condition, installation method and total diffuser quantity.
