The Unicomp UNX4015 Automatic X-ray Inspection Machine is designed for the inspection of toothpaste boxes, packaged food, pharmaceutical products and other lightweight boxed or bagged goods.
For toothpaste packaging applications, the UNX4015 can be configured to identify missing tubes, incomplete internal contents, abnormal product positioning and selected foreign contaminants without opening or damaging the packaging.
The system uses a high-resolution diode-array detector combined with intelligent inspection algorithms to analyse products continuously as they travel through the conveyor.
