Precision diamond cutting wheels for controlled sample preparation with reduced heat generation and cutting-surface damage.

Product Overview

This is a "Diamond Wheel" consumable used in precision cutting machines , consisting of 4~7 inches (Arbor 12.7mm).

Diamond cutters may deform the cutting surface because of heat and friction generated during high-speed abrasive cutting.
They are suitable when minimizing heat generation during cutting is important.
Selecting the correct wheel for the sample material helps prevent unnecessary cutting damage.
Wheel selection should reduce changes in material structure and limit heat generation.
Typical wheel thickness is approximately 0.2–0.4 mm; thicker wheels increase material loss.
General and Premium product options are available, and General wheel thickness can be customized.
