The Festo VZQH is a hygienic, manually operated 2/2-way pinch valve that combines the advantages of a ball valve and a diaphragm valve in an innovative way, designed for liquids, dusty media, solids, and mixtures. This quarter-turn valve is closed at a lever position of 90°, secured by a locking blue safety element, and automatically returns to the closed position (normally closed) by spring force when the hand lever is released.
