Webster Hardness Testers (also known as Webster hardness pliers) are used to quickly measure the hardness of aluminum alloys directly at production sites. They are the preferred instruments for assessing the strength of aluminum alloys.
The W-20 Webster hardness tester is specifically designed to test the hardness of aluminum alloys, pipes, plates, aluminum parts, and other soft metals. It can determine whether aluminum products have undergone aging treatment, verify if hardness values meet required standards, and distinguish between different aluminum alloys and aging states.
Webster hardness testers are especially suitable for batch production lines and sales sites. They are ideal for rapid, non-destructive, piece-by-piece testing of aluminum profiles, doors, windows, curtain walls, and similar applications.
