This intensive 3-day program equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform effective internal audits of automotive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 19011:2018. Through a mix of lectures, workshops, case studies, and a mock audit, participants gain practical auditing experience that supports compliance and continual improvement.
