This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required for an effective problem-solving process using 8D Methodology.
The course covers the application of 8D methodology for systemic problem identification, data and process analysis, followed by root cause analysis verification and the recommendation of corrective and prevention actions with its integration to the overall business process of the organization.
