Nippon Paint Hi-Bond Wall Sealer is a high-performance, water-based acrylic sealer specifically formulated for interior and exterior masonry surfaces. It is uniquely engineered to provide superior adhesion on challenging substrates, such as chalky old paint, powdery surfaces, and internal skim-coated walls. Its advanced formulation penetrates deep into the substrate to bind loose particles, creating a solid foundation for subsequent topcoats. This sealer is highly resistant to efflorescence and alkalinity, ensuring that the finish coat remains vibrant and free from peeling or flaking. It is an eco-friendly "Green Choice" product with low VOC and low odor.
