Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) is a private university college located in Penang and is known as Malaysia’s first university college specialising in communication and media studies

The college has more than 100 years of educational history and was officially upgraded to a university college in 2017. HCUC is especially well-known for programmes in Mass Communication, Media, Creative Multimedia, Business and Chinese Studies
