SA-810NP Multi Core Cutting and Stripping Machine

Product Introduction

SA-810NP is an automatic cutting and stripping machine for sheathed cable.

Processing wire range: 0.1-10mm² single wire and 7.5 outer diameter of sheathed cable. This machine adopts the belt feeding, compared with the wheel feeding feeding more accurate and does not damage the wire. Turn on the inner core stripping function, and you can strip the outer sheath and core wire at the same time. Can also be closed to deal with electronic wire below 10 mm2. This machine has a lifting belt function, so the outer skin stripping length of the front can be up to 0-500mm, the back end of the 0-90mm, and the inner core stripping length of 0-30mm.

The machine is fully electric, and the stripping and cutting action is driven by a stepping motor, not need an additional air supply. However, we are considering that the waste insulation may fall onto the blade and affect the working accuracy. So we think it is necessary to add an air blowing function next to the blades, which can automatically clean the blades’ waste when connected to the air supply. This greatly improves the stripping effect.
