SA-FH03 is automatic cutting and stripping machine for sheathed cable, compared with the traditional wire stripping machine, this machine adopts the double knife co-operation, the outer stripping knife is responsible for stripping the outer skin, the inner core knife is responsible for stripping the inner core, so that the stripping effect is better, the debugging is more simple, the round wire is simple to switch to the flat cable, if you don't need to inner core function, you can turn off the inner core stripping function, deal with the 30mm2 within the single wire.
The machine adopts 16-wheel belt feeding, with high precision, cutting error is small, the outer skin without embossing marks and scratches, greatly improving product quality, the use of a servo knife frame and an imported high-speed steel blade, so that the peeling is more accurate, more durable.
7-inch colour English touch screen, easy to understand the operation, 99 kinds of procedures, further simplify the production process, different processing products, only one time to set up, the next time directly click on the corresponding procedures to improve production speed.
The conduit jumps, compared with the traditional machine, the outer skin of the stripping length is longer, the standard stripping length of the tail is 240mm, 120mm head stripping length. If there are special long stripping requirements or in the stripping requirements, we can add a long stripping function.
