E.MIX EASI RENDER 09(40KG)

E.MIX Easi Render 09 is a high quality cement-based render for application on brick walls, block walls and concrete surfaces. For application on smooth concrete surfaces, key coat or roughening of the receiving surface is required. E.MIX Easi Render 09 can also be used for patching and repairing concrete. It is intended to replace conventional cement-sand render. Ceramic tiles can be fixed on the E.MIX Easi Render 09 surface. E.MIX Easi Render 09 should not be used on painted surfaces or floors.

PREPARATION :

- Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, adequately true and level to achieve specified tolerances, free from contamination, loose particles, grease, lacquer, plastics or traces of foreign materials, and protrusions such as wood peels, nails, excess mortar or any joints with tolerance that cannot be covered by the thickness of plaster.

- All cutting, chasing, fixing of concealed conduits, service outlets, fixing pads and the like and making good of the background are completed.

- All concrete surfaces should be properly cured prior to plastering.

- Substrate is to be moistened overnight and also at the time before the installation. No stagnant or frequent water flow on substrate is allowed immediately prior to installation.

- Smooth substrate like reinforced concrete wall (precast or cast in-situ), surface preparation like spatterdash (E.MIX Easi Render 09 + mix multibond) or bonding agent (prim SP1) is required

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE : 6 months if stored in a dry place.
