Equipment Protection: During operation, vacuum pumps may draw in gases, water vapor, oil mist, mechanical wear debris, and other impurities. The filter element effectively intercepts these solid particles, liquids, or oil mists, preventing them from entering the pump chamber and causing wear, corrosion, or malfunctions.
维持性能： 保持工作介质（如空气或泵油）的清洁度，有助于维持真空泵的抽气效率和极限真空度。
Performance Maintenance: Keeping the working medium (such as air or pump oil) clean helps maintain the vacuum pump's pumping efficiency and ultimate vacuum level.

Oil Filter (Engine Oil Filter): Used to filter impurities, metal shavings, and oxidation products from the vacuum pump oil, maintaining the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and ensuring the normal operation of the lubrication system.
