Pneumatic Hoist / Chain Block

Explosion-proof air hoist is design for mining and Oil & Gas industry.

It is mainly applicable to the special environment with various combustible gases in the process of underground mining and production.
Places with special requirements for flame retardant and anti-static.

Its advantages are as follows:

•         Anti-static non-sparking air hoist is an ideal explosion-proof lifting equipment at present. Applicable to: hazardous areas in Zone I, including IIC, T5 and below.
•         It is small, light and weighs only 1/3~1/8 of the electric hoist of the same specification.
•         The operation speed is 2~3 times of that of electric hoist, and can be adjusted steplessly.
•         The air hoist can resist acid, alkali, steam and high dust.
•         The working system of small tonnage air hoist creates necessary conditions for efficient continuous operation.
•         The air hoist is powered by compressed air to drive the pneumatic motor to rotate, and the lifting work is completed after the torque is increased by speed change (deceleration).
