The name itself captures its spirit: Noir for its bold, dark exterior; Luxe for the refined, luxurious comfort within; and Maison — “home” in French — a tribute to timeless family living.
The owner’s passion for dark tones and modern minimalism inspired a design that feels both striking and welcoming. The façade features sleek black and grey finishes, while the interiors exude warmth through Weligii Walnut accents, soft textures, and ambient lighting that flows from room to room.
Inside, each space — from the open living area with its elegant staircase and metal railing to the cozy bedrooms framed by dark cabinetry — reflects a meticulous attention to detail. Even the trackless autogate with integrated lighting blends innovation with design.
