Foam Glass Insulation
Foam glass is a lightweight, rigid insulation material made from finely ground glass fused into a closed-cell structure. It provides exceptional thermal insulation and is highly resistant to moisture, fire, and chemical attack. Its non-combustible and non-absorbent properties make it especially suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications.
Temperature Range: Typically from -260°C to +430°C (cryogenic to high-heat service).
Properties:
Closed-cell structure – 100% moisture- and vapor-proof
Non-combustible, fire-resistant
High compressive strength and dimensional stability
Resistant to most chemicals and pests
Long service life with no aging or degradation
Applications:
Thermal insulation for pipes, tanks, and vessels
Cryogenic systems (LNG, liquid gases)
Underground and above-ground pipelines
Roofs, walls, and industrial equipment where moisture protection is critical
